Issue unresolved. Need to pass smog, and failing due to gas exhaust sensor. I was told to just keep driving, even though I already put 1,800 miles since retrieving truck from service.

Had an appt at 1030. Arrived on time and it took 10 minutes for a service advisor to come to my vehicle. I watched employees carry on conversations while I waited. This is a common theme.

I had a great experience the service consultant Maria Espinoza was amazing, she explained everything regarding my vehicle and the service neefed. Also the shuttle driver Mark was very nice and courteous. Great experience over all.
