They took care of the problem without any hesitation, they were very out front and how long my truck was going to be there for. My only issue is if all the dealers now or just some that don't wash the vehicles anymore. I still like their service going back again that's for sure...

Briana Hull was very helpful in helping me to troubleshoot battery concerns with my Chevy Volt. She went the extra mile (no pun intended!) to show me that my mile differential is based more on my new commute, than my battery. She had the battery tested to confirm. Thank you Briana!

I took my truck to Aaron Chevrolet for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Faisal, my service representative, was friendly and took the time to do research regarding a question I had. The wait time for the service was reasonable and the overall experience was very positive.

My service started off very less than and very bad!!! Never had a bad experience at this dealership until I was met with Briana and her lack of concern for my appt , and was trying to turn me away. She said they didn’t have time to check out my car (even with me having an appt) and in many words to come back due to the back up of cars being handled at the time. However I seen a service rep that has helped me before and asked for him to take over my care. His name is Taylor and I thank Taylor for turning that situation over for me. He has helped me before and with all times he’s been so informative, helpful and resourceful. Thanks Taylor for always having a great attitude and customer service. You make my experience very at ease.
