Aaron Chevrolet of lake Elsenor they had the truck I was looking for my 2026 2500 HD with 6.6 diesel engine awesome truck. They were very helpful and understanding through the process showing me the truck thanks guys.

Terrible experience at Aaron Chevrolet, I booked an appointment at 1pm, and I waited 20-30 mins to be seen. Finally after I asked a couple of people one service guy came to help me. Faisal was my service guy and he said they were short staffed that day… Anyhow… the reason of my appointment was because my electric car charger cable stopped working as it was giving me a red light and when plugged in… my car gave me a clear sign that said my cable was malfunctioning. Anyway… when I told Faisal about me wanting a new cable… he said I was out of warranty. The price for a new cable buying it out of pocket was 400+ dollars. I told Faisal that I had an extended warranty and that I believed I was covered to get a new charging cable… he said he was going to make some phone calls to make sure that was the case. In the mean time… I looked on line for brand new charging cables… and I found brand new charging cables for 160 dollars… few minutes after I left the dealership… Faisal called back stating that he had good news for me. The good news was that in fact I was covered… but the catch… was that I needed to authorize a charge from one o the technicians to inspect the charger to figure out what was wrong with the faulty cable…!and the charge was going to be around 240 dollars….. I thought it was ridiculous… basically…I was covered to get a new charging cable… but I needed to pay them 240 bucks…. Honestly … overall just a bad experience… I will not be returning to this place… Honestly stay away from this place people…. It looked like they just wanted me to pay extra for everything.
