I went to have my car serviced for an oil change. I was greeted by Mario, who is professional and very courteous. He checked my basic information and had me come into his office. Mary explained that he would check the brakes and let me know if they needed to be replaced but told me not to worry about it. Mario also reported that I will need a transmission flush in the next 2000 miles. With the cost of having an oil change, brakes, and transmission, which is very stressful, but Mario made it feel less stressful and told me not to worry because he take care of it. Mario was through the whole effective interaction. Later, why are you explained the brakes did not need to be done but I went ahead and got the transmission flushed and the oil change. Mario took care of me and gave me the 15% discount and made me feel a lot at ease with the cost of getting my car done. I would recommend Mario for the service agent anytime he was great throughout the entire interaction with him.

Darin Albin was terrific. He was knowledgeable, patient and honest. My sale took a lot of time and many hands to complete as I have ghost credit but they got it done!!
